'Hangin Ko , Buhay mo' is an initiative of eye surgeon, Dr. Ars Ngaosi-Mondiguing of the Baguio Eye Doctor's clinic located at Room 206 Notre Dame De Chartres Hospital, Baguio City. It is her way of living up to her JCI Creed, "that service to humanity is the best work of life" and believing on the the call of the late Pres. John F. Kennedy, "Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do for your country". Being the Charter President of JCI Baguio Sunflower, said NGO was tapped as the lead NGO for her advocacy. Currently, negotiations with Apl.De.Ap foundation is being done to increase oxygen tanks so that the advocacy can be extended to the Cordilleras where the initiator hails from.
